This 10-minute cardio dance workout can burn your fats and give you a nice abs

Hello everyone,

I'm going to share with you this very cool 10-minute cardio dance workout that can burn belly fats. It is important to do exercise everyday to make us healthy and stay in shape. Before we do our daily routine, let's make a practice that we do some exercise.

Okay, I would like to admit that I am also lazy to do some workout but I realize that exercise is important. Lately, I've been gaining weight and I become easily tired after walking a little bit. I feel heavy so it's difficult for me to move around.

So, this video by Keaira LaShae from Burn to the Beat is really helpful. Just this morning, I started dancing. I can say it's really fun doing this.

I know you can do this too. Alright! Let's burn some fats!
Also let's watch out on the foods we eat.

Sweet Treats: Cookies and Cream Candy Cups (Polvoron With Crushed Cookies and Cream)

Hello everyone,

It's nice to be back after a restful long vacation. I really enjoyed it. And I know I need to do some new posting for this week. So, I decided to share with you an easy sweet treats that you and your kids will love to make.

Here in the Philippines, we called this "polvoron". I learned this recipe from my grandmother when I was a child. She is a great cook of sweets and different Filipino dishes. She used to have a small store (sari-sari store) just in front of her house. Every afternoon, when I came home from school, I always helped her to serve her customers. And when there's a chance, I often watch her to cook sweets such as sweetened coconut bars (bukayo), Polvoron candies, Filipino Sweet Sticky rice (biko), Steamed rice cake (puto), and many many more.

Since I want to learn how to cook, she is the first person who taught me to cook sweets. Then I learned from my father as well. And with the help of cookbooks and recipes from the internet, I tried cooking different dishes, desserts, and even pastries.

So, cooking polvoron, brings back a lot of good memories. And I hope you can create wonderful memories with your love ones as well while making your own polvoron candy. :)

Oh, below is the picture of what I have made for my sister when I was in Dubai. I tried making a cookies and cream polvoron which is a different version from what my grandmother has taught me.

Usually polvoron candies are oblong or round shapes and wrapped in a colored cellophane. You can buy polvoron molders from the supermarket or to any leading baking shops. If you cannot find any polvoron molders, you can try what I did below. I used silicon cupcake cups to form my polvoron candies.

Weekend Treat: Eggless Tapioca Pudding in Coconut Milk with Mango Toppings

Last weekend, I decided to try cooking a very delectable pudding snack. Well, the truth is, I started craving for Tapioca Pudding in Coconut Milk with Mango on top. I was just searching for a good snack back then when I saw a very appetizing photo of this dessert. It was creamy, sweet...like it just melts in your mouth... ahhh... Okay, enough fantasizing!

So, yes! This is really a MUST TRY!

It was my first time to cook this recipe and I am glad that it went all fine and yummy! My fiance also loves it. In most of the recipes I have seen in the internet, they put eggs and vanilla bean. I know that these two (2) ingredients will add more flavor, however, I didn't use any of this in my recipe. The reason is that I simply forgot to add an egg and I don't know where I can buy vanilla bean sticks here in my place. But still, it turns out appetizing for both of us. Next time, I will try having these two ingredients in my recipe. I can imagine how we're going to enjoy this again. :)

Are you ready?

Here it is... ta-dah!

It's weekend yay! A day we can spend our whole time with our family, especially to our kids. Well speaking of kids, I don't have one yet but whenever it's weekend, I got to spend it with my mom, and grandma, sometimes with my nephews. Treating them with yummy snacks is what I usually do during weekend. The reason is I want them to enjoy the weekend and at the same time I love to see their happy faces while eating my home-cooked snacks. :) That's so lovely <3.

Bicol Express: Spicy Pork with String beans in Coconut Milk with Chilli Peppers

Among the members in the family, the only people who can eat spicy foods are my sister, my father, my brother and myself. The rest of them, they cannot take eating even a mild spicy dishes. For me, I find it very appetizing. But I can say that I am the most addictive to hot and spicy cuisine. So, Bicol Express is my number one favorite.

French Toast Using Powdered Milk

Sometimes I felt a little lazy to go out and buy something in the supermarket. So, what I usually do is go over the kitchen and check some ingredients I can use. As soon as I went there, I see a leftover bread in the table that is almost going to expire. "Oh no!" I told myself. Yet, I also thought that I will never waste it and then instantly browse some easy recipe via Google . I saw 10 slices of loaf breads wrapped in a plastic which was bought 3 days ago by my mom. Since I don't want to go out, I only look for recipes that has simple ingredients. Then I got French Toast recipe. It's also a good thing since my mom and my grandma haven't tried it before. So it's really a worth to try.

The only problem is we don't have milk available at home, only a powdered version. So I tried using it as an alternative. And we don't have honey, so I added a cup of sugar in the recipe to make it sweet.

So here's what I did with a little modification in the ingredients.
